Terms and Conditions

• To be enrolled and participate in the Fringe Benefits program you must be a direct employee of I.M.P. or one of its sub-companies including 9:30 Club, IMS, Merriweather Post Pavilion, The Anthem or Lincoln Theatre.
• One account is permitted per person.
• Rewards are on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. Tickets are available on a show-by-show basis.
• For any individual show, an employee may redeem their points for up to a maximum of four (4) tickets depending on availability.
• Accounts are non-transferable, and cannot be shared or used by multiple people.
• In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, but not limited to, the termination of your account.
• The program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• Engaging in reward ticket reselling or secondary ticketing of any form is strictly prohibited. Any employee caught abusing rewards will be subject to discipline and/or termination.

Fringe Benefits is I.M.P.'s employee loyalty program. Every pay period, employees automatically earn points which they can use to redeem for tickets to shows, free food, and merch.

All direct employees of I.M.P.-if you've filled out a w2, that's you. Employees are automatically registered via Paycom at the time of hire or with the inception of this program and can choose to opt out at any time by closing their account or emailing fringebenefits@930.com. The program does not extend to contractors or other affiliated workers.

Employees are automatically credited points every pay period based on a set rate. Hourly employees receive 1 point per every hour worked. Full-time employees receive 50 points per work week. We know that it's hard to quantify just how awesome and talented y'all are with just a flat rate, so in addition to the above, employees will receive a bonus points during their birthday month (just 'cuz), work anniversary (also just 'cuz), and can be awarded points by managers and department heads for "extraordinary acts."

To use your points for tickets, merch, or other rewards log into your account and use the "rewards" portal at https://fringe.930.com/home.action. You will receive an email confirming once your redemption request has been processed and approved. Rewards are subject to availability.

Points for hours worked are added within 48 hours of each pay date. Birthday points and work anniversary points will be added automatically on each of the days. Points for extraordinary acts will be manually added by department heads.

To ensure everyone has an equal chance at getting tickets, employees can redeem their points for a maximum of four (4) tickets for any individual show depending on availability.

We know our staff goes above and beyond the call of duty in ways that are unpredictable and heretofore unquantified-so we wanted to give managers the flexibility to reward these feats on an individualized basis. As they say, "You know it when you see it."
